- Account Data: Subscription tier, user settings, and account preferences.
- Financial Data: Purchases and subscription details. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe; we do not store full payment details.
- Usage Data: Stories you create, reading preferences, feature interactions, session info, and engagement statistics.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, cookie identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
- Content Data: Story prompts (e.g., character names, settings, themes, tone) and generated outputs saved in your library.
- Voice Data: Audio samples you provide to create a custom synthetic narrator (“Cloned Voice”).These samples may include recordings of your voice or another person’s voice (with their consent).
Sensitive Information
We treat voice data (audio samples used for voice cloning) as sensitive information. We only collect and use such data with your explicit consent, apply heightened safeguards, and we never sell or share it with advertisers.

- Direct Interactions: When you create an account, subscribe, contact support, or submit content (including voice samples).

Voice Cloning
We may collect and store audio samples that you upload in order to create a custom synthetic voice (“Cloned Voice”). We use these samples solely to:
- Generate and maintain your Cloned Voice for narration features.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and security of the voice feature.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any audio samples you upload. Do not upload or attempt to clone another person’s voice without their consent. Your Cloned Voice and related audio data are stored securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your Cloned Voice and audio samples at any time by contacting info@imagibrary.com.
User-Generated Content About Children
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian permission.
We treat story prompts and outputs as user-generated content and do not require children to provide information directly to use our Services. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Third-Party Service Providers
- AI & Voice Synthesis Providers: We share only the inputs required to generate stories/illustrations and narration (e.g., text prompts, limited profile context like age for reading level, and voice samples for voice cloning). We do not share your email, password, or full account data for this purpose.
- Payment Processors: Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe process payments; we receive transaction confirmations and subscription status.
- Analytics, Hosting & Security: To understand performance, debug issues, protect against abuse, and ensure reliability.
Refunds and Store Compliance
For refunds via Apple or Google, we may share transaction details (e.g., purchase history, subscription eligibility), and limited usage logs (e.g., content access) to validate requests and prevent fraud, in line with platform policies.
Legal Requirements

- Protect our rights, property, and safety, or that of others.
- Prevent, detect, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Business Transfers
